I like the pictures from this a lot. Maybe the green grass attracted me (we just got four inches of snow here in MI) but I think you both really captured this event well. It feels as if we know most of the people involved because you got to know them too. Good job.

It did explode between 1794 and 1860, and was on its way out. The John Deer Tractor would soon be built.

Sweet. Really great photos, interesting video (except that slavery as an institution had exploded between 1794 and 1860 and was not at all “on its way out”).
